Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the ApyWise application and website (the “Service”) operated by ApyWise. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

ApyWise is a personal tool that lets you manually record and track your investments, transactions, and portfolio performance. It is provided for informational and organizational purposes only.

2. Not financial advice

ApyWise does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. All figures, charts, and projections are based solely on the data you enter and are for your own reference. You are responsible for your financial decisions.

3. Your account

• You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users’ data;
• disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service;
• upload malicious code or content.

5. Your data

You retain ownership of the data you enter. By entering data, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, and display it solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. Our handling of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete your data at any time from the Profile page.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may also update these Terms. For material changes, we will notify you (e.g. via email or a prominent notice in the app). Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on data displayed in the Service. In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you have paid us to use the Service in the past 12 months, or €20, whichever is greater.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
